If I existed solely as a web space, would this be my reality?
People suggest there are only two elements of identity that we humans could truly self-verify: biological gender and ethnic origin.
These are the basics.
Everything else we know, comes through a second-hand learning process. There has been no universal frame of reference to satisfy ourselves that that what we know is actually so.
To begin with, I am biologically female: I can confirm that because my physiological features correspond with existing definitions of this social identity.
I also identify as African as my external traits are most similar to a vast majority of persons that make up the ethnic groupings presently found within the African continent.
These are the only points I can be sure of.On a good day, I regard all else as mere opinions - and on a bad day, as 'simple rubbish'!
